[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — told that credit card is absolutely fee but later charged the annual fee. | |||
I am working in one of the biggest mnc, few months back they came to our office offering zero balance saving account and lifetime free credit card. I refused for the credit card, but he said "sir sirf jeb mein rakhiye use mat kijiye, lifetime free hai" Translate - sir its lifetime free even if you don't use it. And now today they have charged me the annual fee and refusing to reverse it. Also since i used it once and immediately paid back, they are saying that sir you have used the card that's why we can't reverse it. Same thing has happened with other employees to. They even opened the account of minimum 50k balance after saying that its 0 balance account. Very bad experience. Very bad customer support.
