SR 1-[protected] / KMBL=725-594 Bank Nodal officer is non-existent. [protected]@kotak.com. Raised this complaint 10 days ago. Not a single response till now. escalated to Principal nodal officer by name Ms Khusboo 3 days ago who promised a quick response. But still no luck.
