Kotak Mahindra Bank — Unable to view credit card information and non receipt of credit card statement | |||
I am having a kotak credit card and I missed the payment of September 2022v due on 10th. It was active and I could see all the details of my credit card in kotak banks mobile banking app. But a representative of the bank came on 1st October 2021 to collect the dues of September 2021 which as per him I transferred the amount to his Account through Google Pay of Rs 1900. After that as he did not gave any receipt I asked him to send me the same and next day he sent a receipt but the amount paid was not reflected in the the account and next day my card was blocked and they removed everything from the mobile app and when I tried to see the details of the card message came no cards available. As there was no statement or details of my dues I emailed through grievances 1st level but no action has been taken till date. Neither they are giving the SR number or statement so that I can go for the next grievance level. I received an email from Kotak Bank credit card to pay the dues of September of Rs.2678 which I paid but the amount paid to the representative of Rs 1900 and now paid of Rs 2567 Is not reflected anywhere.
