Kotak Mahindra Bank — unethical business conduct - dnc registry not respected | |||||
I'm a Savings account holder. I annoyed with the recurrent sales calls to my mobile every week. DNC is registered within their website & National registry. I started logging several complaints since June 2018 from net banking website, talked to their senior staff to stop this behaviour. Last month I had serious direct conversations & emails exchanged with (Sana Thakur sana.[protected]@kotak.com) requesting to control their misconduct & respect privacy. But even till now this financial institution is continuing to annoy with recurrent sales calls. Looks like Kotak senior staff has no decency to respect customer privacy even with DNC enabled in their website & national registry. I have been receiving multiple calls from Kotak for a month to go for Credit card and have informed them not to call and no one stopped till now. I am receiving calls from a different number every day even after telling that I do not wish to receive calls.
