[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Unethical charges & delay in banking process intentionally | |||||
Dear Sir This is regarding closure of my personal loan. Loan No ISPL79072 Its been more than 40 days I am asking for the foreclosure letter from Kotak Bank through mail & calls, Still I am not able to receive the letter & they keep on charging me on daily basis. I have lost more than Rs.4000 & valuable time. In this regard I have sent him several mails & calls, but no response. After 35 days of my request they sent me a letter with 4% charges on principal amount. On call & repeated mails i have not received any solution till today.
