[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Unfair auto debit deduction by kotak

Dear Team,

Today I got my credit card statement. I found 500 auto debit has happened. These people are not telling us about auto debit. I never entertain auto debit in my any bank accounts.When I saw this in a statements I just got shocked with this bill. For me 500 is a big money. I request for auto reversal of thes ame in my next statements also deactivation of this auto debit function. If it will not reflect in next month. Then I will stop using Kotak Credit card permanently.

Updated by Jeeban Kumar Jena Team, As you said I talked to your customer agent from other phone also recorded all our conversations as they assured me that they will reverses the amount and th request has been placed successfully. Please check and do the needful.

I am using kotak credit card from long back.
This time I read entire statement and found one new charge ie auto debit failure charge Rs 500
Please reverse this If you want me to continue getting Kotak credit card service
I an not having any single problem other than this.
