Dear Team, Today I got my credit card statement. I found 500 auto debit has happened. These people are not telling us about auto debit. I never entertain auto debit in my any bank accounts.When I saw this in a statements I just got shocked with this bill. For me 500 is a big money. I request for auto reversal of thes ame in my next statements also deactivation of this auto debit function. If it will not reflect in next month. This time I read entire statement and found one new charge ie auto debit failure charge Rs 500
Please reverse this If you want me to continue getting Kotak credit card service
