[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — unnecessary bank charges

Respected sir/ madam, my name is mr. Rajesh vanga and myself had taken) kotak mahindra bank account. And they charged me rs 3185, i complained about this to home branch (Hyderbad) and they said that its backend fault and they will rectify it. I had received money rs 1358 only, and now they charged agin 177 from my account. Now they are not responding my complaint, i am suffering mental stress because of this annoying charges. Please help me out here.

one of worst services in kotak mahindra bank, i think you never get debit card, better you can take account with some other bank
