Kotak Mahindra Bank — useless service | |||
I have lost my debit card and credit card and hence blocked it from mobile app because phone banking ivr is useless asking for nonsense questions and a very long procedure to contact to any representative. They have dispatched another debit card but the address mentioned in my account is neither my current address nor my permanent address. I dont find any option to change my address nor i am finding any option to contact to customer care. One query is already raised by me 2 days before and did not get any update yet. I am a working girl and have no time to visit the branch. Moreover there is no direct mail id on which we can submit our query and get an early response. Submitting a query by filling online form means they will response in 5 working days. If one has any emergency he/she has to wait for 5 working days. Initially it was very good but now its really very inconvenient to use kotak customer care services. Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear all, if any one want to apply loan think twice, because world fastest process for loan KMB is minimum 45 days time to get sanction loan, and last minute chance or there for cancelling also, one o[censored]seless/stupid bank seen my entire career..
