Kotak Mahindra Bank — want to be close my saving account

Hi support i want o be close my saving account in your branch i have visited 2-3 times in bank but they are not supporting and very rude behavior so that;s why now only option is to complain online please take a request on it. I have an account from mandi gobindgarh branch my accout number is [protected] wih name ankush kumar they didn't take request then i request to them please unlink my unique card from my bank account even that is not doing from them due to this behavior i really disappointment with them so my request to their please take a serious action on it.
