Kotak Mahindra Bank — wrong charges - need noc | |
I jagjeet kaur here by declare that i have repaid the car loan in full amount, my cf[protected] against the agreement, i was paying my all installments well on time whereas my account which was on auto debit got closed 7-8 months before the last emi due to which i got charged rs 6500. This is not my fault i always requested the agent to collect the payment on time whereas he delays in pickups. We spoke to kotak agent and requested for the waiver of charges and issue noc to our request she (Swati) told us to pay rs 2000 and the remaining they will waive out and issue noc. I have paid rs 2000 and continuously following for the noc to be sent. As i dont have a job due to a pandemic situation and because of financial crises i want to sell my car and the deal is already in process and noc is awaited. I request here once again to please share the noc on urgent basis. Hope this will be get notice this time and i will get solution of my problem Mob-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |
