Kotak Mahindra Bank — yet not received debit card and netbanking pin | |||
I have opened savings a/c in kotak date-14th aug-17. But yet i have not received debit card and net banking pin. Only i get cheque book. I had enquired in branch but there is showing card status close. How can they close debit card without any call. I didn't get any call from bank. Also i applied to dmat trading a. C. And i get all documents and kit of regarding trading account on the same registerd adderess but not received debit card on same. Address. So request to you please confirm me when will get my card. I have open my saving account at Kotak Mahindra bank but still I have not received any documents but I have received call from blue dart courier before 12 days, please support to get all documents asap.
