[Resolved] Kotak Securities — regarding closing of my demat account
I had given request for closing of dmat account on 28th feb as per guidance given by customer care. Also i had submitted fataka declaration for online closing of my account. But instead of closing my account. Customer care faculty just making me fool and telling me to visit nearest branch.. When i was told to submit all required things n received by kotak securities. Still it's not working and just they pushing it forward so they can earn amc charges. This totally fraud and deceiving activity. Such irresponsible things can not be tolerated by common people. Still requesting to close my dmat account as soon as possible
