[Resolved] Kotak Securities — Worst customer service | |||
Hi my id is zw16x. From last few days i have been trying to connect to my representative but her behaviour is so rude and full of attitude. I called her many times but no response. Every time she says she ll call back. Reason being she asked me to do a trade of her choice which i rejected abruptly. Hope my complaint would be heard. Or else i ll have to port to other broker.
