I have been visiting the OPD and the MD doctor therein for past 2 years, off lately they seem to have started bit unusual practice when it comes to payment.
First of all they take full advance payment from you even before you even meet the doctor. Usually the payment should be done after consultation and in line with the inputs from the doctor.
I was charged Rs 400 for a visit to an MD doctor and after one month there was a follow-up for which they again charged me 400 just to let me tell the doctor that the treatment was totally ineffective. Moreover after hearing that the treatment was ineffective doctor asked me to consult a specialist and did not proceed further.
Their doctors and the reception staff are totally insensitive to the needs to the patient and management does not seem to be charging the patients sensibly. Was this information helpful? | 
You need to file for CGHS format specific hours...you need to collect it at specific hours...rubbish.."Why cant you make stuffs online???"
