Kothari Wheels — replaced parts not given

I have given my celirio for accidental damaged in kothari wheels at wadgoan sheri pune.
The insurance company provided approvals for damaged part and parts is been replaced.
Insurance company told to kothari wheel to give old parts to customer.
But still kothari wheels not given me my vehicles old part to me.
I need my vehicles old part which has been replaced under insurance.
