KPN — deeply disappointed with kpn travels

I booked the tickets in KPN travels for my parents from hosur to Udumalpet (23.03.2019) via PAYTM.
I didn't received any SMS regarding bus number and driver contacts. The actual boarding is 11.15pm.Around 11 pm hosur booking office guy infomeed us bus is dealy for 20 minutes.
Around 12 pm that guy came and told, your bus left without stopping in hosur.
@12.10 they arranged some other bus and asked us to travel to chase the bus. After 20 to 30 km far from hosur they dropped us in mid of the road and left from the place. Simply they said your bus is coming back wait for some moment.
We waited hardly 30 minutes in mid of the road that was too horrible. Finally that bus came and we boarded around 1 am and politely enquiry the driver. Why you didn't stopped in hosur boarding point? His told I didn't get any boarding ticket in hosur, so I didn't stopped their. I showed my PNR number he validated and accepted.
For this my parents become too depression.
So I planned to file a complaints against to your service and I need service compensation for this bad experience with you travel service.
