Kpn Parcel — bike broken by kpn parcel service

Dear sir,
I have booked bike to transfer from kpn travels @ madipakkam branch, chennai on[protected] to cumbum.
While booking they promised it will reach cumbum maximum on monday[protected] and also they promised it will be delivered safely without having any even minor damage.
But i couldn't receive my bike on monday. And after so many follow up by me to chase the bike, i have been asked to receive on my today[protected].
But when i see my bike, really i fed up and disappointed because of worst handling on my bike by kpn service persons (I. E) my bike has been broken heavily on so many spares. It seems i need spent more money to repair or to get previous status of my bike.
So kindly do the needful and provide my bike how i gave while booking.
Looking for positive response.
I was sent this above mail to kpn help desk. But no response.. Very very worst service.. Cheating ect.
Really disappointed with them...
