Kpn Parcel — worst service rendered from kpn parcel service and classic cards coimbatore

Last month i had ordered printing the visiting cards to "Classic cards- coimbatore
they delivered the consignment thru KPN parcel, i have received the parcel from your velachery outlet{Mr. Ebenezer}, the whole consignment was soaked in oil, nearly about 15000 cards, i asked the printer they said its not their responsibilities, i asked KPN person he said we are not responsible, who the hell responsible for this? are you all running professional business or flesh trading business?
Second incident, the same printer "classic cards coimbatore" given order for print flyers, 2500 nos supposed to be delivered on 13th morning, till 2 pm not reached the mettupalayam kpn outlet, then came to know that the lorry got stucked in coimbatore itself..
I have lost 2 businesses and money..because filthy businessss people like Classic cards coimbatore and KPN parcel service...
