Kpn Travels — doesn't have humanity | |||
Dear sir, I have booked my ticket in train ac 2 tier from salem to trivandrum on 25th nov' 18. I was not able to catch the train since i have undergone spine surgery, i was not able to walk fast to reach my reserved compartment. After with lot of struggle i missed that train and i thought of going by bus. I checked online there was 3 seats available so i went to kpn salem office, newbusstand. While i checked there was only one seat available that too male. The person who was in the office by 8.30pm was responded very arrogantly. I requested him is there any possibility to change the single seater to the double one. He said no. I asked him i will request someone to change becoz i thought still some people have humanity. For that too he said its not possible. I begged him to check with the driver once or else u plz give the driver number, i will check with him is there any possibility to change. He has not even considered me as like a human being and he said its not possible. I was waiting in the office from 8 till 10pm with all my surgery pain to get that single seat with request of the driver. But came to know that time its booked. With lot of pain, i ran from this to that corner in the platform to catch my train which got failure. With lot of struggle i came to ur office, that guy have not even treated me as a human being and he doesnt have humanity inspite of explaining all my situations. Im one of a hr manager in service industry, if the employee spoils the brand image then action should be taken. Then only others will not suffer as like me. People should have humanity, the way of responding is very important especially in the service industry since lot of competitors are there. Customers need not to depend on only kpn and we are not beggers, we pay for the service. With lot of regrets im writing this complaint by 12. I have met mr.
