Kpn Travels — I'm complaining about refund.

I booked a ticket from trichy to chennai on 8:30am on jan 2nd. And all of a sudden 1hr back that day, i received a message from the number [protected] stating the ride is cancelled cox someone else took my ride in madurai and i will receive my refund. And still i haven't received any refund (14th jan). My details mentioned below.
