Kpn Travels — need refund due to cancellation of bus

I hv booked 2 tickets in kpn travels from neyveli to coimbatore for travel on 25/07/17 & hv recd sms just 2 hours before departure as "kpn boarding pass: f55c26,

Seats: 13a, 14w
Vehicle #: tn30-am1999
Vehicle contact: [protected]
Boarding: neyveli at 11:30 pm
Show this sms to board your bus".
We were reported at 11.30 pm and it was informed around 11.55 pm that bus was cancelled. Prior information was not given to me since i hv booked ticket through online (That was reply from kpn in charge person). I faced difficulties to arrange for alternate in midnight from this remote area since my mother in law, who is one of the passengers, is to be admitted in a hospital by next day morning. Now, i want my money to be refunded. At least pl do it fast.
