Yes i agree with that... Today morning 6 30 i have booked to salem from chennai.. Even though i have confirmed tickets they asked to wait and i found that they have gave my seat to someone and asked me to sit at back side @ seat 34. I think management is not taking care of customer problems. Also helpers/ cleaners in bus was so speaking worst words where an lady was sitting in seat number 43.. I have recordings for that
