dear sir m mai b ku6 dino se same online data entry k bare me job search kr rha tha .. tabhi ek mere pass b kpv aurangabaad wali company k customer care ki taraf se call aata h or sari detail di jati h ki aapko koi b payment nhi krna hoga bas ek agreement banega or id prove ki photocopy lagegi, lekin jb mene unke sample form me sari details pdne ka baad pta chala ki wo work me error hone pr mujhse bb 4900/- charge krnge .. so mene ku6 b krne se phle iske bare me sari details nikalne ka socha. n finally mujhe ek baat bahut achhe se samajh me aagyi ki .. jab b koi aapko kisi kaam k badle ku6 jyada payout krne k bare me keh rha ho to samajh jao...

kabhi b ese lalach me aakr ese logo pr bharosa nhi krne ka or na hi koi payment krne ka .. chahe ye aapko kitna hi courte ya agreement k bare me bata kr darane ki kosis kare .. qki indian govt court aapko notice aapke ghar pr send karega wo b indian post se naki aapke mail id pr... plz eduacate yourself and stay away from this type of fraud ...

First if you have not signed any document or stamp paper no need to worry because court want evidence secondary there is no way to find that the signature on stamp paper are of the valid person. So ask them to file a legal case against you and prove that you are in any agreement with them. I have also collected a lot of information from local Surat person some of my friends and from some govt officials about the company and found they are totally fake. A single case has not being registered against any freelance by the company. I will write a blog soon how to find the company is legal or illegal. Check out my blog regularly

This is not a case. This is another fake and threatening document produced to threaten you. I am sure, there is no Karan Sharma. This is a fake name too. Please do not pay them. If you want justice, please take all the documents received in your mail and file FIR iin your police station against them. NEVER EVER PAY THEM. GALATI SE BHI UNKO PAYMENT MAT KARNA.
If they will file case against you, court will send you notification through Indian Post, not through email. They are doing this to threaten you so that you pay them in fear. This is a fake document.
