I had already registered a complaints against kpv solutions and yesterday i got a call from consumer complaints that my problem was solved and you will not get a call or msg from kpv solutions and mark resolve on this website then i marked resolve but today again i got a msg regarding hard copy of legal notice from kpv solutions. Please make me clear that what should have to do
