I have ordered for sunglass that shown in its online brochure but they sent me sunglass I don’t know from which hell absolutely opposite to it that cost in other online market rs 100/- they took 469/- from me . kraftly they are thug don’t even attempt to check their site

My order was auto cancelled and now the refunded amount has not been sent to my bank account.Moreover the customer executive was very ill mannered in the way he was talking.This is the worst service I have ever got and would recommend my friends never to try kraflty and will surely seek the help of consumer forum.
