Kraftly — item changed in rto | |||
Beware merchants/sellers: if you want to sell your products on kraftly beware. We use to sell some of our products on kraftly. There are many problems with them. It will not benefit you. Besides late remittance and overpriced courier charges and taxes we are dealing with this major problem:- Recently, one of our parcel worth 4000 inr got refused by the customer (As he was out of station), it was redirected back to us (Sellers) But, when we received it the item it was totally different from our product. We received some dirty, ripped clothes in place of our new dress. So we urgently returned it back to courier company (Delhivery) as it was the wrong prouct and raised this complain to kraftly. They asked us to wait for some days. After a long wait, instead of solving our problem They blamed us for the whole case that we have shipped the wrong item and closed the case from their end. They dont want to investigate our case as they are too lazy to do that. For the loss of rs.4000.00 we didn't got any refund or our product back. Now, we are looking for some legal action but the whole incident opened our eyes not to trust kraftly. If you are selling through them your products aren't safe at all. It is different and bad product from the picture as shown at the booking time .
