[Resolved]  Kraftly — my money taken by the company without order confirmation.

I ordered a klassy collection rubber belt simple and sobber chronograph pattern black and white women watch through my debit card. The amount is taken but my order is not confirmed and i didn't receive any messages about the confirmation of my order. So please consider it and let me get the order soon. Or please refund my money rs 569 to my account.

Kraftly Customer Care's response As per the mail id shared we have received the refund from the mail id [protected]@gmail.com, we have initiated refund for the amount of Rs 569.

it will get credited to customer's same account with in 7-10 working days.
