Kraftly — Poor quality product received and no reverse pickup provided

The site has send very poor quality dress in 2200 rs.

I have chased them for a month now, no reverse pickup has been done.

My money got stuck in their poor service.

They everyday used to mail that the return pickup guy will come and collect, but no has ever called & visited my place for pickup.

I need my money back. I do not need the product, kindly help me in getting my money back.
