Kraftly — Refund issue

I order two order sfrom Kraftly.com on 23rd december, 2016 with Order No. 225082 and Order No. 225080 . in which Order No. 225080 has been cancelled and Order No. 225082 has been returned by me but till yet I didnt receive the refund for 2 of my orders and I am chasing the those guys but nt satisfied with their response as shared the bank statement also.
Also I sent the complaint to ICICI bank with reference number also but not getting any resolution.

I ordered a sunglass by your company. I reacived the sunglass today. But I am not satisfied of the item. Because I ordered for a cherry colour glass, but I reacived a black colour glass. So kindly refund my money as soon as possible. Ordered number is 543439 & shipment number is 316701. Zip code is[protected]. I was also ordered another glasses from your company. Which may be delivered at 25 to March. So kindly refund my money as soon as possible

We have ordered mens sunglass on 11May17 ...then i am wating for delivery, but kraftly send a sms due to delay from operation issue from seller ...its okk..am waiting then after 2 day come a mail in krafly side regarding same sunglass has been cancelled.

finally i am harassment..
