Refund for Order No. 262871

I had put in a request for a refund for the above mentioned order.
The product was returned to the seller Harmani India and was picked up by fedex almost 2 weeks after multiple follow ups via email. It has been more than a week since the product was picked up and i have no call/email informing me about the refund for the same. I have sent them the fedex tracking bill copy today and hope to get a response and refund on priority.
