[Resolved]  KreditBee — payment related

I have paid repayment but can't show in account so why my payment can't show

Dear Concern,

This is to inform you that, I had taken Rs. 3000/- as short term loan from Kredit Bee on 27th July for 15 days. The payment due date was 11/08/2018 but I have already paid it on 04/08/2018. After payment the total outstanding amount I got a confirmation massage & confirmation mail from Kredit Bee that payment has been made by me successfully and it has been credited to their bank account but the App is not showing that updated figure and it is still showing due and also overdue for 3 days. I talked with kredit bee customer care repeatedly since last 5 days and they assuring me it will be updated within the day end on everyday. But nobody updating this. So please look at this matter. It's harassing me.

First time app disbursed payment then I had been repayment but second time my loan approved but not disrubed I want know that why not my loan amount not disburseding In my account

Plz don't use kreditbee app, fully fraud... My credit score is gone ... Wrost wrost wrost app ...

I want to know that why you guys are made complicated for re apply the same. Process get stuck at the stage of DIGIO process. When i applied for first time at that time DIGIO process was not there.

So look into that on priority, Awaiting for your positive reply on it kindly assist me to complete the process of the same.

Kreditbee is a App where you can take short term loan in case of emergency. But this emergency makes ur life hell. Tjey are just fooling us saying that u will get amount in 15 min. From last 4 days the amount is not yet disbursed in my account. There is no reply from kreditbee team through email.
If any one has solutions regarding this then let me know.

Hi this is izhar Maine kreditbee se 3150 ka loan liya tha 21 Aug 2018 ko jiski repayment date thi 4 sep 2018 maine uski payment 3sep 2018 ko kar di hai lekin mere kreditbee app mai abhi wo show ho raha hai ki payment karo or mere pass msg bhi aa rahe hai payment karne ke liye [protected] ye no hai mere kreditbee ka
