[Resolved] KreditBee — about the repayment of my loan | |||||
Respected sir, With due respect i, nitin kumar, would like to state that i made a loan payment of rs 5086.98 on 22nd of august, 2018 at 1:31am. From the company app. The payment was shown successful at that time itself. But since then the recipient i. E the kreditbee loan payment foundation is claiming that they have not received the payment. I have sent them the screenshot of the payment slip but they are still trying and proving me wrong by saying that the payment is not received by them. And are asking me to contact the bank which i have done many a times and been told that the recipient has received the payment. I am attaching few document proofs with this mail to assure you that the payment is done from my side. Please help me regarding the matter by checking if the payment is received by the kreditbee.
