We have been charged excess billing of 60000 for the following reasons:

1. We were to be shift to Twin sharing room on 2nd day of ICU. Neurosurgeon advised nursing team to shift the patient, but nurse neglected to do so, causing INR 50000 for the 3rd day.

2. On discharge day, hospital team neglected to discharge us before our completion of a day and FC (Financial consulting) team refused to give us the check out, as their Insurance team not available at that time., causing which forcibly imposed 1 day rent of more than 7000.

I have contacted concerned departments and did multiple follow ups for 2 days with the FC's, Billing team and Floor Managers, but no response from them. I have tried connect with Management team to escalate the issue, but no one provided their contact details.

Instead of resolving my query, the team threatened me admit the above fees, not given check out token to discharge.

I am not getting eddts otp may be because i gave nepali number. Can you please reset my id

Hello, in the girls hostel of physiotherapy (hostel 6) there is intolerable noise made by some 8 yo kid, it is literally crying and howling all the day long which makes the hostel environment so bad and no peace is there due to this kid.please kindly look into the matter as it seems to be a small issue but as all the girls living there are going through i hope you could understand and resolve the issue..so pls either remove the kid or remove the warden along with that helpless kid.. Pls i request you to look into this as soon as possible as my life there is getting worsen as days are passing...pls i beg u to do something for the students living there and keep my name anonymous for gods sake!!!

1) My mother is admitted in hospital last week.The treatment we are not sure how it is going. Doctor is not explaining properly and is very rude.
2) They moved the patient 2 times and the patient had to o wait for 3 hours. No one knew anything! Afte following up multiple times they acted
3) the food is horrible. We had asked for Jain food and they gave non vegetarian. The dietician prescribes, but nothing is given. For eg: soups. Food not provided on time
4) the nurses are not on time. They are not sure of anything
5) overall experience is bad. I will rate 1 out of 5

As My Brother is Admitted in the Hospital on 17 August 2016 . Before that 11 August to 15th August he was in Kims Hospital Only. At the time of Discharge Neck Swelling Problem was their. But also they have discharged the Patient .Now on 17th Again we have Admitted the Patient. In kims Again and Again Patients are Getting Admitted But Treatment does not Complete. And Again we have to Spend Double Money.Pls Look into the Matter

As i pradeep pradhan brother and attander of patient : dilip kumar pradhan admitted at kims hospital. secunderabad branch room no : 1163. with ip250893. as my brother was admitted in the hospital on 11 august 2016 for (dengue fever).7 platelets units have been given to the patient but till date their is no improvement in his health. every day dr gautam comes around 11.30 a. m. but he does not give us proper answer about the treatment. and every day some jr doctors or nuring staff ask us to get donors. when he get donors. they say today platelets units are not required. every day all the staff play with us. they dont have proper answerand dr gautam and jr doctor & nursing staff statment does not match about the treatment. every body have their own story to tell us. i request sr doctors to look into the matter. and let us know if some donors are really required. and when our patient will be dischareged.
