Krishnamoorthy — without information cancel the buses even peak holiday season

I have booked confirmed bus ticket with sri renugambal travels to go to coimbatore from chennai with my family along with children on 12.01.2019 at 7.00 pm. But they simply cancel the bus without any alteration or booking of any other buses. It is un tollerabe. Red bus is a trustable corporate company for booking of bus. Such kind of attitude degrade your website. If they can cancel the bus, they should accommodate the passengers with any other vehicle.in the last minute cancellation of bus is not at all acceptable. We are well known about the cancellation and they will book the same with double the amount, this is one of the cheating. Hereafter redbus don't allow such type of bus operators to book seats through your website. You are answerable to the all painful passengers for their travelling.

I hope redbus will feel the passengers valuable pain money do'st matter, promise is most trustful one for future success.
