I was a surety of the above Chitty which belongs to my Brother. On 23rd March 2015,
the Branch Manager issued a Recovery notice. It is learned that my brother closed
the account before 23rd and requested the Branch Manager to issue a stop memo in this
regard. But till today there is no response from the authorities concerned.
