[Resolved] KSRTC — Help Sira, Tumkur, Hiriyur division people to get proper KSRTC bus services in late night after 8pm.

The problem of buses which is happening to Sira, Tumkur, Hiriyur places after 8PM in Mejestic Kempegowda KSRTC terminal 1 bus stand Bangalore. In KSRTC terminal 1 we can get the buses which travels from Bangalore to Tumkur, Sira, Hiriyur, Chitradurga, Davanagere, Hubli, Haveri etc. These buses are available 24hrs but these buses only go inside city in morning hours to Tumkur, Sira, Hiriyur After 8PM bus conductor will not all any guys inside the bus after 8pm and they will directly say to passengers that they will not go to Tumkur, Sira, Hiriyur they will allow seats only for Hubli, Haveri, Davanagere and sometimes Chitradurga setas also will not allow inside the buses. If you sit also they will forcibly make you to go out from buses by saying harsh words. This problem happening after having bypass to our cities and bypass did for good thing but buses are taking the advantage to avoid the proper services to places during late nights. They are not going inside city and they are bypassing the city itself. Here is my latest problem faced and similar way my father also faced the same problem in 2006 and till also having the same problem and none of the officer took serious action on division manager and conductors and drivers after giving complaints also we have a series of complaints on these routes buses but no use after raising complaints. On 21st Oct 2015, I reached to Bangalore KSTRC bus stand terminal 1 at 8PM to catch the bus to Sira. I have to reach sira from Bangalore so went to terminal 1. I asked more than 15 bus conductors and drivers to catch the bus to Sira but none of the conductor allowed me to get the seat and as per the rule they have to allow all places Tumkur, Sira, Hiriyur, Chitradurga, Davanagere, Hubli, Haveri etc. Finally I got tiered and asked the bus controller and controller told every bus standing in terminal 1 will go to that route you can catch any bus. Finally without asking conductor I entered into bus KA 21 F 620 Byadagi division bus controller showed that bus will go to sira. I got this bus at 9:45pm and one girl also entered in to bus where she wants to travel to Hiriyur and conductor scolded her dropped her in the mid of the road itself. But as I having the information I didn’t get down from the bus. I had a quarrel with Conductor to take the ticket but finally he gave the ticket to me to Sira but when bus reached to Sira bypass he forcibly made me to get down from the bus at midnight 1AM in sire bypass. The distance to reach sira is 5km from bypass where i felt very hard to reach to city where i am having full laguage in my hand. It was very dark, dogs were shouting and no one is there in bypass and i tried to stop many govt buses and other vehicles but no one showed me humanity to drop me in such mid night. I tried to my relatives and friends and none picked the phone where the time is 1AM mid night and all were in tight sleep. It was nightmare for me where no one is there to help me at 1AM midnight. Please take the serious action on conductor and division manager where without showing humanity he left me in bypass. If something happens to my life then who is the responsibility? When i asked conductor, why you are not going inside the city then he told that he adjusted the division manager and so that’s the reason he is not going inside the city. Again i mentioned that i will file complaint on you and your division then he told if you complain to IAS, KAS, KSRTC head also he will not care. Because he adjusted his division manager and he will support him at all situations. I don’t know how these guys are behaving mannerlessly and he is not caring any passenger where he is adjusted his supervisor to tackle all problems. Note: This problem is happening since from year 2006 to till date and there are many complaints filed on these types of buses but none of the officer took any strict action on this. Attaching the supporting complaint document/videos/photos which was filed in the year 2006 and latest complaint number which I have filed in NWKRTC. I lost the trust on KSTRC/NWKRTC depo will take savior action when I saw the no action took since from 2006 to till date on these route buses (The same experience happened to my father).
