[Resolved]  KSRTC — Refund not processed for more than a month

Hi! I booked a ticket on 4.12.2014 on the KSRTC website and the transaction was a failure. KSRTC Online Transaction Reference No.:OB13939556 I have mailed [protected]@ksrtc.org and haven't received any response from the team. An amount of Rs2992 has been deducted from my account! I've tried reaching the following phone numbers for more than 10 days now at all given office hours. Nobody picks up the phone! Please look into this at the earliest and please process my request ASAP. I do not wish to be directed to call these numbers again ( they don't pick up at all be it any day of the week at the mentioned office hours!) [22221321 Ext 283, 22220386] Regards Bhavadharani Kannan

Sir / Madam, Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount. If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext. 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours (between[protected] hrs on Monday-Fridays and[protected] hrs on Saturdays) on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID. Hi!

There is no response as yet :( My money is tied up for nearly 1.5 months now! I am not even getting updates on the status. Please escalate the issue and loop me in the mail.
Still no update :( Extremely poor service. Please let me know as to how I can escalate the issue!

Cancellation of on line ticket

failed transaction, money lost

While doing the transaction, server got failed and my money deduced from my account and i didn't get any ticket.kindly request to refund my money.my ob number is 14085781.
