[Resolved] KSRTC — Transaction Cancelled but About got debited from my credit card at KSRTC | |||
Hi, This is Prasenjit Roy, on the date of January 15th 2015, I had booked a ticket for two person from Panaji (GOA) to Bangalore. Due to some unknown reason my transaction got failed but the amt Rs.2686.00 (ON 15th Feb, 2015 at 15:56: 45 at KSRTC Central Office) got deducted from my credit card no XXXX XXXX XXXX 1271. My KSRTC OB numbers are OB14767546 and OB14767278, Kindly process my refund. I have emailed [protected]@ksrtc.org yesterday but no response till now and I have called 10 times to their help line but no body is picking the call. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir / Madam,
Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.

refund of cash for a failed transaction
on jan 26 i booked a ticket which eventually turned out to be a failed transaction but the cash was deducted from my account so i request for a refund to my account21%
