Near kamal tal (Naukuchiyatal, bhimtal nainital) on 8th may 2017 we purchased kidi blanket combo pack worth 13700 rupees from ktc. Bill number 361. Shopkeeper vicky sharma sold us kidi blanket combo with the offers:1- within 30days we will receive full amount back if we are not satisfied with product quality and two years replacement guarantee for kidi blanket, 2- will receive membership card after 45days which will be govt recognised and women can get help from govt to open small scale business, 3- for five years will receive gifts.
I called them several times regarding membership card but they kept lying and now they don't even receive my calls. I want my money back product was not upto the mark how it was described. I have also read many complaints regarding same frauds so please assure what action will you take against such fraud shopkeepers in uttarakhand so that there won't be frauds n future.
