Ktm (Btm, Bangalore) — Oil leakage

Its been only 7 months since i purchased RC 200 and have rode only about 3000 kms and am having oil leakage problem near the suspension(rear).. wem claimed for a free replacement they denied it.. They told me it wud cost Rs4500 for its replacement and my warranty claim would be denied and moreover it would take more than 3 months time to get a reply from the head office regarding the warranty claim..they tell that the main cause for the leakage is a cut in the rubber material near the suspension and the reason for that being dust and mud even though i clean the suspension area very regularly as instructed by them... Plss Help me out with this asap... Branch : BTM, Bangalore
