Dear sir/madam
On[protected] i purchased a ktm duke 200 bike from your dealer ‘deedi bajaj, vazhuthacaud, thiruvananthapuram.
(Reg. No : kl-01-df temp 1685).
Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because it is having engine noise, fork noise, engine overheating, front disk brake noise, disturbed gear shifts and also the back seat was not fixed.
First complaint was reported on the very next day of delivery[protected] and was taken to ktm service centre at nedumangaud on[protected] and to ktm service centre, deedi automobiles, ayurveda college, trivandrum on[protected]. But the problems were not at all resolved.
The vehicle was again taken to ktm service centre, attingal on[protected] & ktm service centre at nedumangaud on[protected]. Your mechanics at each service centre inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem under warranty, however, when i collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem was still there.
I would appreciate it if you could organise to have the problem fixed within 3 days time. I’m sorry to say that this unethical attitude of your dealer and service centres has also caused me nominal damages.
I look forward to settle this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 3days time, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint through the consumer disputes redressal commission.
