Hello sir, my name is sunil goswami and i have ktm rc 390. I purchased this bike from the arera hills bhopal on october 19, 2017. After 2 months of buying the bike facing lot of mechanical problem, which was repaired by going to the showroom, but every time facing new problem in the bike..
I also told for change my bike from hemant agarwal (Manager of the showroom) but he repaired every time and also took money every time.
Recently i was going from indore to bhopal on october 26, 2018, when i started my bike that showing oil low pressure and then i called in the showroom, then the mechanic said you fill approx 300 ml to 400 ml engine oil and brought the bike to bhopal, i had filled about 400 milliliters of oil to my bike after going about 45 kilometer meter on the road, my bike suddenly stopped in highway which i had to carry with the rope approx 110 km.
After going to the showroom they said that the rocker's of the bike has been broke and the can shaft has gone down because of not reaching the oil. I gave him rs 3434 rupee to repair but after some days the bike stopped again. This time it was just 10 days then again, his rocker and can shaft broke, then again i spent 1496 rupees on november 14, 2018, even then the sound of the bike was not coming good.in order to fix this problem i have payed twice and they said that in some days the bike's sound will be cured automatically.
But today december 01, 2018 again my bike showing low oil pressure. Now tell me, what is the problem in doing this?. You can replace the bike or else i will file a case in the consumer firm over the company.
