KTM Sportmotorcycle — Got defective vehicle | |||
Hi, I bought KTM DUKE 390 on 21 April 2017. When I am taking delivery bike tank got damage and vibrations in radiator. Some how KTM dealer convinced me to take delivery and bring next day they will told replace damaged tank with other bike tank. After replacing I observed there is a damaged in bike chassis as well. Am very much disappointed with the KTM I paid nearly 3 lack rupees and got all defected bike. I don't want to get repaired my new bike. I want a replacement of bike. I thought KTM bike's are very much premium but it's a not. I paid full amount like others. Am not bought a second hand vehicle. Or you KTM selling secondhand vehicles? I want replacement for my bike not repair or my money back. Previous Reference number ISR-123040. I need solution asap. Worst service from Bajaj/KTM Was this information helpful? | |||

After long wait had discussion with KTM Mysore manager about problem but no use he response irresponsibly. Manager told its a human error some time bound to happen some time damage will happens. Why should I suffer for your human error. Instead of giving solution he tel story about royal enfield bike. Till now they not resolved issue. Worst experience from KTM.
