Ktm service center, hennur location dont have proper technicians to service the bike. I gave my bike to be service and for engine tempreture getting too high. It needed a coolant topup. When the technician was taking notes for job card, he said ok and will fix it. After 2 hours that guy called me and said it can't be fixed at their location and i have to give it for service at a different location.
It was a harrassment to again come, collect and then drive the bike to another location. Ok agreed.
So i took it to ktm service center, banaswadi. Here also when i asked the guys to fix the issue, i started getting some kind of avoidance to fix the issue immediately. They started telling we will give the bike after 3 days.
The real issue is earlier i used to get the bike serviced at ktm service center, banaswadi. Everytime they told, yes sir we have topped up the coolant and servicing is done. Now when i needed their attention to fix the issue urgently, they are trying to dodge the issue by delaying it.
Who is at fault? I as a customer who is paying for all this or the service centers who dont have proper technicians to fix a bike? Was this information helpful? |
