KTM Sportmotorcycle — late deliveries and fake promises

I had booked my duke 390 2017 mode on the 3rd of july through finance but paying an initial amount of 1.2lachs today is my bday and i was told i will get my bike yesterday on the 24th once my do is done by the manager of kln ambattur mr. Balaji only for me to come and sit in the showroom for 2 hrs on the 24th for him to come and tell me it will be done today the 25th as "the funds are not released yet" when he told me once the do is delivered to me i will deliver the bike i am highly disappointed with his behaviour not taking any and absolutely no responsibilitiy in regards to the customer and tells me his managing director is important than his customer. I am writing to you guys hoping you will take some action in regards to this. This is my humble request for y'all to. If ktm respects their customers kindly do something about this

KTM Sportmotorcycle - Engine oil leakage, i went so many time but problem don't have solve in ktm service center
