KTM Sportmotorcycle — neglection from service centre

I am an owner of duke 390. There was an issue with starting of the bike . I gave the bike to get repaired on 1st dec 2017 only and till now 15th Jan 2018 I did not get it back. So this is the way DUKE has decided to take care of its customers. This has totally got to an intolerable limit. Kindly look into this matter. I am attaching the service card receipt with this message.
