Be careful with kumari builders and developer of bangalore while booking property from them. Once you booked a flat, they will start playing with you. It is even more challenging to get in touch with the concern crm and your endless phone calls will remain unanswered. If by luck anyone received your call and they got to know about you, then they will simply make an excuse of calling you back within few minutes. From the past one month they are not answering my calls or massages, mails either. I end up with a worst real estate firm like kumari builders and want to make all people aware of them. I guess this company is planning to make some big fraudulence by cheating in very big way. I did this mistake even knowing they are new into real estate and i think now they are planning to escape with people’s money. value for money! i am impressed by them. when i had thought of buying flat i went to so many sites of different different builders, somewhere i liked building but the marketing people were not responding well, somewhere they are very very costly. finally i gave try to kumari builders and developer they provide first class service, construction design and amenities at affordable price and the crm team were responding very well which i appreciate . i bought 2bhk this year at kumari woods and winds i am very happy with them.
