Kun Hyundai Ambattur — Car services not started for long time

I gave my car to KUN Hyundai - Ambattur for service for small damage.
Still they haven't started work. Poor thing is that they never made a single call to me.

Initially I struggled with appointment booking to pick car from home. I called up several time and booked it.

I booked appointment. After 3 days they told there was no such booking. It was strange. People in booking desk are booking the appointment but denying it after 3 days.

After giving my car, I made at least 100 calls to get the status.
There was poor response from booking team, incharge team and the manager. At a point of time I had a doubt whether I lost my car.

Just to send the rough estimate of repair, it took 10 days.
when the insurance person came to service center, they told there was no car in such registration.

I asked so many days about delivery date. They never told the delivery date. Not sure when I will get my car.
