Kun Hyundai Chennai — poor customer handling & response time | |||
I have bought creta from kun hyundai purasawalkam & it been delivered last week. The executive response was very poor after the final payment. I have to do multiple follow-up after making the payment & submitting all the documents. Every time i called the executive the response is not satisfactory & the response time is really bad. And post delivery is the response is really pathetic. I already have 2 cars one from honda & other from mahindra the customer service response is way far better than hyundai. After experiencing the service response i felt that my decision of going for hyundai is not the right choice. There was delayed, the vehicle was delivered without the number plate. The number plate was fixed after multiple follow-up. Now when i am following up for the temporary rc copy initially they said it will be take 1 -2 working days to get it delivered. Now its been 2 working days & there is no details shared by the executive. When follow-up he said he would need additional 2 days. Not only this when is vehicle is delivered, the executive has shamelessly asked for money for the driver to get back home. We have to give him rs. 500. My question - is hyundai not paying these driver money for delivering the vehicle. It sound strange. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi I have given for car service at kun hyndai with all the issues in details and called more than 5 times to tell about the coolant leaking issue. They said they will check and finally when the car came after service, the issue was still there. Now when i resent for service related issues, they are again charging around Rs.3000 and finding more faults now in the car. Is this the way the name of a big brand being spoiled. I could have left outside but beliving the brand i left but this is the issue
