Kun United Hyundai, Hyderabad — regarding car issue

I have purchased aura amt version car on 20th sept, 2020 from kun united hyundai kondapur hyderabad near hitechcity

In the driving mode car is rolling back from inclined and some times plain surfaces

Before taking the car i have given full idea to the concern executive that i am looking for the car who is having all the necessary controls so that it will ease my driving

As per his suggestion car have been brought, i have informed to the concern service manager but got reply that i have to change my driving style or its very normal problem

Lastly they have arranged the technical person, i have shown the problem personally, after spending some time in my car he has agreed that there is issue in amt and observed the same issue

I have contacted all concern head from kun united but till date no action been taken

I have raised this issue with hyundai customer services but they are just forwarding my messages to the kun hyundai hyderabad regional team

Since first day my car is parked in my sty parking area

This is very embarrassing for me

I sincerely request to resolve my issue
